Return Policy: Delivery And Returns
We partner with a network of trusted global courier services to provide you with the best shipping options. If you place your order before 8:30 AM ET, Monday through Friday, our warehouse will process it the same day. Orders placed after 8:30 AM ET will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on Monday morning.

Canada: 4-5 business days for ground shipping
USA: 5-8 business days for ground shipping
Returns & Refunds policy
Customized cut products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
For orders that are eligible for return, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The products must then be returned to our warehouse within 14 days, following the return process outlined below:
1. Email support@SpeakWalls.com with the reason for your return and include your order number.
2. A support agent will provide instructions to return the items to our designated warehouse. Once received, the products will be inspected to ensure they are in merchantable quality. If the items are deemed to be in re-sellable condition, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Restock charges
SpeakWalls™ reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price.
Return Shipping Charges
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Unpaid returns will not be accepted.
Note: In the event that the items are damaged during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier for reimbursement of the full cost of the damaged items.

Import taxes are covered by SpeakWalls™. If you are charged by courier please contact us at support@SpeakWalls.com and we will assist you in getting a refund for associated fees paid.
