SpeakWalls™ dry erase products are backed by a 10-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase, which covers the following:
– Exceptional resistance to cracking, chipping, delamination, and peeling.
– Maintaining clarity and erasability.
This warranty is valid only if the product is under normal use and with the recommended dry erase markers.
This warranty is valid only if the product has been properly installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by SpeakWalls™ at the time of purchase. In the event of a warranty breach, the purchaser’s sole remedy will be the repair or replacement of the defective product, as determined by SpeakWalls™. SpeakWalls™ is not responsible for any costs beyond the repair or replacement of the defective product, including but not limited to removal, shipping, reinstallation, taxes, or other incidental expenses. SpeakWalls™ reserves the right to inspect the product as necessary to determine the cause of the defect and confirm eligibility for warranty coverage.
Any damage to the product must be reported before installation. Claims made after installation will not be covered under this warranty.
