What’s Covered
Your SpeakWalls™ product is protected against:
– Cracking, chipping, delamination, and peeling under normal conditions.
– Loss of erasability or surface clarity when using approved dry erase markers.The Conditions
This warranty applies only when:
– The product is used as intended and maintained according to the official installation guide.
– The defect is reported before installation. (Post-installation damage is not covered.)What We’ll Do
If a defect occurs, SpeakWalls™ will either repair or replace the affected product — whichever we determine is the best solution. While we’ll cover the product itself, we do not cover any associated costs such as removal, shipping, reinstallation, or taxes.
We reserve the right to inspect any reported issue to confirm eligibility for warranty coverage.
