🛡️ Returns Made Clear and Fair

At SpeakWalls™, we understand that clarity matters — and so does flexibility. While most of our products are made-to-order, we do accept returns for eligible stock items.


✅ What Can Be Returned

  • Only stock items are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom-made or cut-to-size products are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for your space.


🧾 Return Process

To ensure a smooth return experience, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@SpeakWalls.com with your order number and return reason.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Securely repack items in the original packaging to protect against transit damage.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue your refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and return shipping.

🔒 We strongly recommend insuring your return shipment. Damaged goods are not eligible for refund.


💳 Refund Timing

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return to process the inspection and refund.


❗ What’s Not Covered

  • Shipping charges (both ways) are non-refundable.

  • Damaged returns are not eligible for credit.

  • Returns received after the 14-day return window cannot be accepted.
