returns & refunds policy

Returns are accepted for stock items only and must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made or custom-cut products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. All returns are subject to a 20% fee to cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking. 

Returned items must be securely repacked in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit. The customer assumes responsibility for any damage incurred during the return shipment. Damaged items received will not be eligible for credit. For this reason, we recommend insuring your return package. 

Shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping, are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned merchandise for inspection and credit issuance. 

For eligible returns, customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery and ensure the products are returned to our warehouse within 14 days, following the outlined return process below. 

1.      Email support@SpeakWalls.com with the reason for your return and include your order number. 
2.      A support agent will provide instructions to return the items to our designated warehouse. Once received, the products will be inspected to ensure they are in merchantable quality. If the items are deemed to be in re-sellable condition, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, minus any applicable restocking fees and return shipping charge.

Do I need to pay additional import fees? Import taxes are covered by SpeakWalls™. If you are charged by courier please contact us at support@SpeakWalls.com and we will assist you in getting a refund for associated fees paid.
